I really never thought I would drive, but after having my baby and knowing my husband was due to deploy to Afghanistan, I knew I needed to get on the road, I was so nervous having never got behind the wheel of a car before, but Hayley put me at ease. I continued with my lessons and the thought of having the freedom and independence along with Hayley's encouragement kept me going! I passed second time and can honestly say that I know Hayley wanted this for me as much as I did myself. I would certainly recommend her as an instructor and thank her so much for helping me to basically change my life!

Before my very first lesson with Hayley I was so so nervous, but as soon as I got in the car I felt at ease. Being new to Salisbury and in a desperate hurry to pass my test for a new job whilst relocating from Yorkshire was a massive stress. I set out to find a driving instructor who would understand this. I spoke to a few Driving instructors who either sounded like the Grim reaper or had the approach of Gordon Ramsay to driving! Then came Hayley's call. Friendly and relaxed with just the right amount of craziness to make it fun balanced with an amazing knowledge of driving tests in Salisbury. Perfect.

Hayley was realistic but encouraging and even spent her time scanning the cancellations to find me an earlier slot for a driving test which really helped me out. She calmed me when I panicked about the test and really made me feel at ease.

The best way I can describe the whole experience is to ask you to imagine being really nervous and feeling a huge amount of pressure coupled with meeting a new teacher in an enclosed space. Then, when you get in the car, it's your best mate sat in the passenger seat!! The relief is priceless. This is how Hayley makes you feel and I have no doubt this then led to me passing my test first time with only two minor faults.

I went from never having been behind the wheel to passing first time in 35 hours of lessons and went on to complete a Pass Plus course in 2 sessions once I passed.

Learning to drive with Hayley was a great experience. She’s a great driving instructor and always has a smile on her face. While having my driving lessons she always made me feel at ease, and never had ago at my mistakes. She always made a joke out of any mistakes I made, making me feel less embarrassed. She knows how to keep every situation calm, making the experience of driving more relaxed and enjoyable. Hayley knows how to have a laugh, and is great and keeping your nerves under control. I got on really well with Hayley, it took me 4 attempts for my test but hey i did it in the end. By the 2nd test I didn't want to do it anymore but Hayley told me not to give up so I didn't.. when I did my 4th test and passed I was so pleased I listened to her by not giving up, so whatever whatever she tells you, listen because it's so worth it in the end.

I think from the beginning my parents had already decided that I would learn to drive through Hayley. I had looked at going with one other instructor but looking back on it, I'm very pleased I decided to go with Hayley. Not only because she is an amazing teacher, but also because she is very patient and didn't lose her temper with a know it all like myself :p She has a very nice little car (even if I didn't agree with the engine :p) I passed first time after 2 to 3 months of lessons. I owe an awful lot to Hayley and am very grateful for her help and support, and look forward to seeing you out there on the roads!

I don't know where to start!! My first driving lesson was a surprise birthday present, I really didn't have a clue. When Hayley turned up I was so excited and scared I could have cried!! Hayley was there for me then at the beginning and she was there to support me when I failed my first test. She celebrated with me when I passed my second one! I couldn't have done it without her. I have been driving supervised for nearly 14 years and spent that time dreading the test, knowing I would never feel confident to drive on my own OR pass the test for that matter! I'm 42 and through circumstances I had been left with no choice but to find a way to pass the test even though it was probably too late given my age. I was sent to Hayley through a friend and decided to give it a go. Here I am a few months later and I am so so chuffed to say I did it!! First time today!! Knowing what I do now I wonder why I didn't get it done earlier! The examiners were very friendly and helpful and I really really enjoyed my lessons. Since I passed earlier I seem to have driven nearly the whole of wiltshire on my own. I LOVE IT!!!! Thanks Hayley, you've given me the freedom I never dreamed I would have.
